We’re available Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:30 and from 07:30 to 10:30 on Saturdays. Emergency support is available 24/7. Just call us on 01254 870510 and if it’s out of hours your call will divert to our out-of-hours service.

We can’t guarantee work but as we’ve been booking locums for over 10 years now, we have a large customer database, with many locums using our service every day of the week. We’ll also help you improve your bookability in our top tips for locums section.

How can I book a locum or add a vacancy?
It’s simple to use our on-line booking service. Just select the dates required on the on-line calendar and we’ll do the rest. Click here to register
How can I get a locum pharmacist, locum dispenser or locum technician at short notice?
Just add the vacancy on line, we’ll be notified instantly and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Click here to register
How can I check my future and past bookings information?
Just log-in and you’ll find full details on-line
How can I specify the rate of (locum) pay?
Just log-in and you can do this on-line here for a specific vacancy, or for all of your vacancies. Simple as that
How will I know when my vacancy has been filled?
When we’ve offered you a locum pharmacist, locum dispenser or locum technician, you’ll be notified by e-mail with a link to your on-line diary asking you to login and confirm or decline the placement. We’re also on hand, should you have any questions. Just call us on 01254 870510
How can I be sure you’ll provide a fully qualified Locum?
We use a thorough registration process, which collects and checks Locum identity, right to work in the UK, DBS (if you require it) and registration with the GPhC. References, advanced and enhanced services qualification documents are checked and held on file
How far ahead can I plan my Locum cover for holidays?
You can book as far ahead as you like. Its good to be organised, we offer discounts to customers who book in advance
