The on-line diary
You can now control your own bookings with our online diary. Our thorough registration process means that you only have to answer the questions once. Input all of your details and you will be offered work that matches your requirements exactly. You can amend your details as your circumstances change, for example if you want to work in a different area or if you want a half day. You can alter your rate of pay as you choose. You will only be offered work that matches what you have put in. You can choose how you want to be contacted. By email, phone or text message. No more interruptions at work when you are busy, but if you do want to chat, just give us a call!

Our hours of operation
We are available daily Monday to Friday 8:00am to 7:00pm for business as usual 8:00am to 11:00am on Saturdays and 24/7 for emergencies. Just call the usual number, 0845 223 5 224, if it is out of hours the call will divert to our emergency line.

Information at your fingertips
All the information that you need is at your fingertips, our database holds all the details of your bookings. You can easily find out the hours of opening, address, phone number, hours and parking facilities. It's like having a Pharmaseeker in your pocket!

Not on-line?
If you don't use the Internet, just telephone us on 0845 223 5 224 (local rate) and we will do the work for you.

Free 24/7 Service – You are in control
You can be in control of your bookings with the online diary, you can plan as far ahead as you like. The service is available 24/7 so you can put your dates on the database and accept bookings at any time. You are also in control of your rate of pay. You can change it on your personal details page whenever you like. This excellent service is free to you, the Locum. There is no registration fee and our booking fees are covered by the Pharmacy.

Swaps
If you need to change anything about your bookings once they have been made, we can assist with swaps and cancellations. Please refer to our FAQs page to find out about when you can cancel and when a company can cancel on you.

Payment
Once you have done your booking, if you have any queries about when you will be paid, contact the team and we will chase it up for you. No need for you to waste time doing this, as we are happy to take the hassle out of your day and do it for you. There is the facility for you to be able to keep a record of which bookings you have been paid for. As all the details of your bookings are logged on your database, visible to you at any time and to the company you worked for, there will be no disagreements about rates of pay, hours worked, mileage claimed etc.

Requirements
You will need to be fully qualified and registered with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain (RPSGB) to work as a Pharmacist in the UK . If you are not a British National and not from an EU country we will need to see a copy of your residence permit or naturalisation certificate. For more information go to http://www.rpsgb.org

Pre reg
If you are currently undertaking your Pre-registration training, you can still register. Register as normal and click the Pre reg button on the credentials page and you can get set up and ready in time for when you pass.

Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is advisable that Locums have their own Professional Indemnity Insurance and some of our customers insist on this. Click here to be taken to the PDA's website http://www.the-pda.org where you can purchase a policy online. Please email a copy of your insurance certificate to us when you receive it.

We ask that you provide copies of the following documents:

• Two written references from Qualified Professional Pharmacists
• Your registration certificate
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Smartcard
• Alli training certificate
• Proof of national insurance
• MUR & Repeat Dispensing certificates
• Any other enhanced services that you are accredited for
